1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an account on the 777xc platform, making any deposit, placing any wager, or accessing any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with the 777xc Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotion-specific terms published on the platform.

2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 777xc with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements between the parties on the same subject matter.

2.3 If you are accessing the 777xc platform on behalf of any other person or entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. Any reference to "you" includes both the individual user and any entity on whose behalf the individual operates.

2.4 777xc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are advised to review this page periodically.

3Account Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an account on 777xc. The Company strictly enforces this requirement and will verify age through the KYC process. Any account found to be held by an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and permanently closed. Deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method; any winnings or bonus funds accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

3.2 Jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 777xc platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. 777xc does not represent or warrant that use of its services is legal in any particular location. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own legal risk.

3.3 Single Account Rule. Each Player may hold only one registered account on the 777xc platform at any time. Opening, operating, or accessing multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

3.4 Own Account Only. Players must register and operate accounts in their own name and on their own behalf. Registering an account for another person, allowing another person to operate your account, or operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

4Account Registration and KYC Verification

4.1 To register an account on 777xc, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile phone number. You are required to keep this information updated throughout the life of your account.

4.2 Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending transactions, and forfeiture of account balances.

4.3 KYC Requirements. Before 777xc processes any withdrawal request, the Player must complete Know Your Customer verification. Required documentation typically includes:

• A valid, government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Computerised National Identity Card — CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa account details, or bank statement header showing your name and account number);
• In some cases, proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your name and residential address, dated within 90 days.

4.4 777xc reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, not solely at the time of first withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 777xc support may result in account restrictions.

4.5 KYC documents submitted to 777xc are processed and stored in accordance with the 777xc Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards. Documents are used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.

5Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777xc login credentials — your email address and password. You must not disclose your password to any person, including 777xc customer support representatives, who will never request your password under any circumstances.

5.2 You must notify 777xc immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware that your account credentials have been compromised, used without your authorisation, or accessed from an unrecognised device or location.

5.3 All activity conducted through your account using your verified credentials is presumed to be your own activity. 777xc is not liable for losses suffered as a result of unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.

5.4 777xc strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This adds a secondary verification step (OTP sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number) that significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access even in the event of password compromise.

5.5 The Company reserves the right to lock an account following a defined number of consecutive failed login attempts as a fraud prevention measure.

6Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits to a 777xc account must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account or wallet that does not belong to the registered Player — are strictly prohibited and may trigger an account review. Accepted deposit methods include:

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. 777xc does not charge deposit fees from its side; however, your payment provider may apply their standard transaction charges independently.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits by the same account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Before any withdrawal is authorised, the Player must have completed KYC verification to the Company's satisfaction. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 3 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed within 30 minutes during standard business hours.

777xc does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times stated are indicative and may vary depending on payment provider conditions beyond 777xc's control.

6.3 Currency

All 777xc accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by the platform. The balance you deposit is the balance credited; the balance you request to withdraw is the amount transferred without deduction by 777xc.

6.4 Fraud Prevention

777xc employs fraud detection systems that monitor deposit and withdrawal patterns. Where suspicious activity is identified, the Company reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing pending further review. 777xc will communicate the reason for any such hold to the affected Player within a reasonable timeframe.

7Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 777xc offers various promotions to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and enhanced odds offers. All promotions are subject to these General Terms and Conditions and any additional bonus-specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The specific wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. A Player must wager the required amount before any withdrawal from a balance containing unconverted Bonus Funds will be processed.

7.3 Game Contributions. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at 100%. Live casino games (e.g., baccarat, blackjack, roulette) may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded from wagering requirement satisfaction entirely. The applicable contribution rates are set out in the individual promotion terms.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds not wagered within the period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's account automatically. Players are responsible for being aware of applicable expiry dates.

7.5 Bonus Abuse. 777xc reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably determines that the bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. This includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or colluding with other players in connection with promotional play.

7.6 One Bonus at a Time. Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless expressly permitted by the specific promotion terms.

8Gaming Rules and Conduct

8.1 All casino games available on the 777xc platform — including live dealer games, RNG table games, slot games, and instant win games — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing any wager.

8.2 All non-live games on 777xc use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for statistical fairness by a recognised gaming testing laboratory. Live dealer games use real physical equipment (cards, wheels) operated by professional dealers in licensed studio environments.

8.3 All bets placed and accepted by the platform are final. 777xc reserves the right to void a bet where it was accepted due to an obvious error — including incorrect odds display, software malfunction, or human error — and in such cases will refund the staked amount to the Player's account.

8.4 Players must not use any software, algorithm, or mechanical or electronic device that gives an unfair advantage over other players or over the house. Discovery of such usage will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

9Sports Betting

9.1 Sports betting markets on 777xc — including cricket (PSL, international fixtures, domestic tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the specific rules governing each sport's betting market as published in the sportsbook section of the platform.

9.2 Odds are offered to the best of 777xc's operational ability but are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted by the system — not the odds displayed at the time of selecting the bet.

9.3 In-play (live) betting markets operate in real time. Once a bet has been confirmed by the system, it cannot be amended or cancelled. The Company is not liable for bets placed based on outdated information or incorrect odds that were not yet updated at the exact moment of placement.

9.4 777xc reserves the right to suspend or close any sports betting market at any time, including during live events, due to irregular betting patterns, information integrity concerns, or other operational reasons. Bets placed before a market suspension will be settled according to the applicable sport rules.

9.5 Cash Out. Where the Cash Out feature is available on selected 777xc markets, Players may elect to settle a bet at the current offered value before the event concludes. Cash Out is offered at 777xc's discretion and may be unavailable at certain times or for certain markets. The value offered for Cash Out reflects current market conditions and may be less than or more than the potential payout at full settlement.

10Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777xc platform. Discovery of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of account balances:

• Underage gambling: Accessing the platform whilst under 21 years of age;
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one account simultaneously or in succession without written authorisation from 777xc;
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund an account;
• Money laundering: Using the 777xc platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity or for the purpose of disguising the origin of funds;
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated bonus exploitation, or any other coordinated wagering strategy;
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers beyond their intended purpose, including using multiple identities or accounts to claim the same promotion;
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated means to access or interact with the platform in ways that circumvent or exploit normal gameplay mechanics;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks or reversals after funds have been used for gambling activity on the platform.

10.2 Where prohibited conduct results in financial losses to 777xc or other players, the Company reserves the right to pursue recovery of those losses through appropriate legal channels.

11Responsible Gaming

11.1 777xc is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are available directly from account settings without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total PKR they can deposit into their 777xc account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect;
• Loss Limits: Players may set caps on total losses in a defined period, after which the account will restrict further wagering until the period resets;
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify the Player after a set duration of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent restriction of account access. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. During any self-exclusion period, the Player will not receive promotional communications from 777xc.

11.2 777xc strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. If the Company has reason to believe that an account holder is under 21, or that an individual under 21 has access to an account, it will immediately restrict the account pending age verification.

11.3 Players experiencing difficulty controlling their gambling are strongly encouraged to activate self-exclusion immediately and to seek assistance through appropriate responsible gaming organisations and support resources.

12Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 Company-Initiated Suspension. 777xc reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods;
• KYC documentation has been requested but not provided within the required timeframe;
• The Company receives a court order or regulatory directive requiring account restriction;
• The Player is identified as being subject to an active self-exclusion on another licensed gaming platform.

12.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any Real Money Funds held in the account will be preserved during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, access will be restored and any pending withdrawals processed promptly.

12.3 Player-Initiated Closure. A Player may request account closure at any time by contacting 777xc support at [email protected]. Real Money Funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any pending wagering obligations.

12.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 777xc will notify the Player by email before applying any dormant account administrative fee. Such fees, where applicable, will be disclosed in the notification and will not reduce the balance below zero.

13Intellectual Property

13.1 All intellectual property rights in and to the 777xc platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and the "777xc" brand name — are owned by or licensed to the Company. No right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property is transferred to any Player by virtue of these Terms or by use of the platform.

13.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777xc platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any 777xc content.

13.3 Any unauthorised use of 777xc's intellectual property — including scraping, reverse engineering, or reproducing any part of the platform — is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

14Limitation of Liability

14.1 The 777xc platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability and accurate game and odds information, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical malfunctions.

14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from technical failures, communications failures, or interruptions to internet service.

14.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Company's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14.4 The Player acknowledges that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that they engage in any gambling activity on the 777xc platform at their own financial risk. 777xc is not responsible for any losses incurred in the normal course of gambling activity conducted on a fair and certified platform.

15Amendments to These Terms

15.1 777xc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players by email to their registered email address or by a prominent notice displayed on the platform.

15.2 Continued use of the 777xc platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the updated Terms. Players who do not accept the updated Terms should cease using the platform and request account closure.

15.3 The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision date of these Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

16Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

16.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777xc's international gaming license is issued.

16.2 Internal Complaints Process. In the first instance, any complaint or dispute arising from use of the 777xc platform should be submitted to our customer support team at [email protected]. The Company will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

16.3 Escalation. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process to the Player's reasonable satisfaction, it may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated under the terms of the 777xc gaming license. Information on the applicable escalation pathway will be provided by the support team upon request.

16.4 You agree that any claim against 777xc must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
